Refund policy

We make things for people who are a little bit unhinged. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right — we've got you.

We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just completely wrong — contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. No drama, no lengthy back-and-forth, no making you feel bad about it.

How to get started: Email us at hello@alittlebitunhinged.com with your order number and a photo if something's damaged or defective. We'll take it from there.

What we cover:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Printing errors or quality issues

What we don't cover:

  • Change of mind on the saying (we did warn you it was a little bit unhinged)
  • Incorrect size ordered — please check our size guide before purchasing
  • Normal variation in colour between screen and print — slight variation is inherent to the printing process

Important to know: Every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this we're unable to accept returns on change of mind. But if something is genuinely wrong — we promise we won't leave you hanging.

Timeline: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. After that we're unable to process claims.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
