Use our site to buy things you love. Don't do anything dodgy. If something goes wrong — talk to us. We're reasonable humans.
1. Who We Are
alittlebitunhinged.com is owned and operated by Fambon Pty Ltd (ABN registered in Victoria, Australia). When you use this website or place an order, you're agreeing to these terms.

2. Using Our Website
By accessing alittlebitunhinged.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy content
- Do anything that would make us regret building this website
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This hasn't happened yet. Let's keep it that way.
3. Our Products
Everything in our store is made to order, specifically for you, by our US-based print partner. Because of this:
- Product images are as accurate as we can make them. Slight colour variation between what you see on screen and what you receive is normal and inherent to the printing process. It is not considered a defect.
- Sizing can vary slightly between products and garment brands. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
- We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or update products at any time without notice.
- Product sayings and designs are the intellectual property of A Little Bit Unhinged (Fambon Pty Ltd) and may not be reproduced without written permission.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include free shipping to US addresses.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time you complete your order is the price you pay. We will not change the price of an order after it has been placed.
Occasionally pricing errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, with an explanation. We won't make a habit of it.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the price and on the terms shown. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Any additional methods displayed at checkout
Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store your card details — ever.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically once your order is placed. If you don't receive one within 30 minutes, check your spam folder then email us at hello@alittlebitunhinged.com.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Pricing or product errors
- Unavailability of the product from our supplier
- Any other exceptional circumstances
If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund to your original payment method and an explanation from us.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by our US-based print partner within 24-48 hours of being placed. Delivery to US addresses typically takes 4-7 business days from the date of order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processes or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will always do our best to resolve any delivery issues quickly and fairly.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on the basis of change of mind or incorrect size selection.

8. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — including but not limited to the brand name A Little Bit Unhinged, all product sayings, designs, slogans, imagery, photography, copy and the overall brand identity — is the intellectual property of Fambon Pty Ltd.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell or use any of our content or designs without our prior written permission. This includes:
- Printing our sayings on your own products
- Using our images in your own marketing
- Copying our copy (ironic, we know)
- Creating products that imitate or are confusingly similar to ours
We take our intellectual property seriously. We also have a sense of humour about it — but not about this.

9. Competitions and Giveaways
From time to time we run competitions and giveaways. The following standard terms apply unless otherwise stated in the specific competition:
- Open to US residents aged 18 and over
- No purchase necessary to enter
- Winners are selected by random draw unless otherwise stated
- Prizes are as described and non-transferable
- Winners will be notified by email and/or announced on our social media channels
- Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification
- We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or disqualify any entrant at our discretion
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms Inc. or any other social media platform
10. User-Generated Content
If you tag us, post about us, share photos of our products or submit content to us in any way, you grant A Little Bit Unhinged a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and share that content for marketing purposes — including on our website, social media channels and in advertising.
We'll always try to credit you when we use your content. If you'd prefer we didn't use a specific piece of content, email us at hello@alittlebitunhinged.com and we'll remove it promptly.
11. Disclaimer
Our products are designed to be funny, relatable and occasionally cathartic. They are not intended as medical advice, relationship guidance, career counselling or a substitute for actual therapy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A Little Bit Unhinged and Fambon Pty Ltd disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use of it.
We do not warrant that:

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia — though honestly, we'd rather just sort things out over email like reasonable adults.
